I had messaged the seller prior to buying the shoes to ask if they were in stock. The seller assured me that they were and I could "buy it with confidence". Well, the shoes never came, instead they sent me a bag of tiny metal charms? When I asked them about it, thankfully they offered me a refund. But what I was asking for was for them to send me the actual shoes. They said they'd check the warehouse but never got back to me.
