Good afternoon. I have a question. One of the last Beam 10R 275s that I bought from you failed. I just used it for a week and it turned off and wouldn't turn on anymore. The front screen didn't even have the light, just the fans. Why did this happen? And is there a warranty or replacement parts? It's urgent that you give me an answer. Thank you.
