The damage occurred in shipment, It was bubble wrapped securely. This vendor, as with any vendor, has no control over the people that shipping services employ. Despite the damage, slight, the monitor worked very well. I WOULD BUY from this vendor again.

I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay.
