    WORST experience with a seller! I bought these when seller accepted offer. The original listing (see pics) shows 3 different sizes, one a Gucci size 11D, a EU 12.5, and a US 12.5. I asked seller to confirm a true US 12.5, which they confirmed (see pics). Shoes weren't a Gucci size 11D, but 12.5 which is a US 13.5. I requested refund as these were too big and I received msgs from seller insulting me & accusing me of wasting people's time & money (see pics), though their listing was incorrect.
