These are Orthofeet shoes and they should have 2 heel cushions and these had one and they should have another insert but only one came. The shoes are a very small 8 and that is the size I buy in ALL brands. The shoes themselves look very nice just as pictured just too bad they don't except returns. I will consider this a lesson learned, as ya get what ya pay for.
