I just received my Bag today and I am so disappointed with the sloppy packaging, and I was charged an outrageous $58.05 for shipping, only to find that my expensive Brahmin bag had been shoved into a too small box upside down and the handles were collapsed in order to make the bag fit. To charge that much for shipping and not even buy a proper size box? It is then reasonable to expect a full refund on my shipping charges of $58.05.
