I personally love the old Blue Box Athearn kits ever since a young boy back in 1975. They are simple, quality kits that have stood the test of time. A couple of points for building, clean and trim the flash around the doors, underframe and the floor and the model will go together a lot better. Another point is upgrading from the x2f couplers to knuckles couplers and correcting the coupler height with an upgrade of washers on the underframe such as Kadee. All in all they're classic kits.
