Had to use so much Velcro to keep it from buckling that I need to go purchase more Velcro to try to keep it from looking sloppy. I know the answer that they will give me……. “ Sorry for your experience “. But the real answer is that they don’t make that model anymore and we are glad to get rid of it. It Remember….. A satisfied customer will tell 3 others but a unsatisfied customer will tell 13 others.
