    Shipped fast. Packaged well. Item brand new! Just a word of caution to people who buy old things. NOT FAULT OF SELLER. When opened, item was covered in black goo and sticky. It was the decomposing of that faux rubber coating that was put on so many items decades ago. Some elbow grease and ethanol or isopropyl alcohol and you can get that scrubbed right off.

    Hello, thanks for letting me know, I wonder if the item got too hot in shipping? I have one of these open box and it is fine without any breakdown of the rubber, all the others were sealed so I have not been able to personally inspect them, all future shipments will be opened and inspected to insure that the faux rubber is not in a deteriorated state, if deteriorated it will not be shipped under this listing, again thanks for letting me know, did item work fine in the end?
