I received a torn open package in the mail and had to track down the mailman to retrieve the missing contents from the bottom of a hamper back at the post office. Discussed this with seller and though he was friendly, he gave no sense that they intended to change anything in their procedures. I'm all for being eco-friendly, but the items should be more protected.
