    Buyers beware. My experience was not like the other reviews. Took the shipper a week to send the package out. Could have messaged they were out of town beforehand for better communication. Also the item was not new and the package was open. Lastly the item was not functional. Tried to contact and sent pictures and no response.

    Yes you are correct. I was out of the country. I did respond to you and I did issue a refund. I also asked for the item to be rtv'd and have not heard anything back as well. I am not sure why this was not functional I have sold these in the past without issue. I have issued your money back.
