These were listed as new with tags. Liked everything about them fit color style (I already had a pair in black) except I noticed a dark spot on back surrounded by a lighter area that looked like someone tried to remove the dark spot. My conclusion was that these may not have been exactly New even though there were tags. Not a deal breaker(cannot be returned anyway), but I can tell. I should have asked if there were any stains etc. Shipping was very much on the high side.
