I contacted the seller and he responded promptly by explaining their ordering time&policy. Afterwards my rug arrived in just a few days, almost a week earlier than expected. It was very well packed and protected from damage. It is thick and soft, and the colors are very similar to the photos. The pattern is a bit larger than I imagined but perfectly matches my furniture. Thank you.
