Other than the description weird (no Cat in this package), this thing met my needs fully. Included all required nuts bolts and gaskets, and a set of spares except for the one big donut. Came when they said it would. Went together okay (a little better than expected). I would be happy to do business with them again.

Just installed today, hopefully P0420 code stays off, we shall see, big problems with this product are as follows, the welds are questionable being that I had the exaust bracket break off and crack my tooth and had to get another one sent to me, the cheap gaskets it came with leak, I had to get factory ones, and last the holes are not drilled in the right spots so it doesn't line up so you have to drill it out to be able to install it. However the CAT itself seems to be very big so that's good.
