    Seller stated the item was NWT. When the item arrived, the tag had been placed on the item with a large safety pin. When discussed with the seller, seller replied that she didn't think that would matter. It matters! How would I know if the item has been worn or not if the tag has been reattached? Seller should have stated that the tag had been removed and placed back on the garment with a safety pin. This would have been an accurate description.

    My intention was to offer an explanation of the fact that I hastily removed the tags but never worn the top, and that from my perspective the situation seemed reasonable. I did offer a courtesy partial refund, which you are still welcome to, and you can return the top for a full refund if you wish.
