Mine was starting to rust inside the box, which had not been wet. You may want to grind off some welding "bb's" and slop. The welds could use "touching up" if you've got the gear and time. The welding looks like the product of a poorly set-up worn-out automation, or that children/slaves did it. I hope the children have good safety gear and get better jobs soon (or better at welding). Long ways from using it.
