I ordered these several weeks ago and the seller sent them via Ebay International shipping. Ebay International shipper held on to the goods for approx 2 weeks, in the USA, then cancelled the order. The seller is a good seller as I have bought from them before and the problem with this transaction seems to rest clearly with Ebay international shipping. I would have left negative feedback for ebay international shipping but that would only show for this seller, who as I say is genuine.
