Contacted seller twice requesting my correct item. Then received an auto update: purchase price refunded. Seller chose this option rather than take the time for a personal reply, an apology or asking what my preference would be. Their strategy is if I want my correct item I need to repurchase (and maybe receive the correct one) & pay their steep ship charge. Poor customer service.
