I have tried contacting the seller, but no refund is available because I threw the unsatisfactory product away. I sent pictures showing how the first time I used the cords when knitting, one cord broke into three pieces when I used it, and had to pull it out of my work. The product did not work as described. The seller indicated that "no one refunds without getting the item back". This is patently untrue. I have not had to send any broken or damaged items back to any seller on ebay.
