If they told me it was new, I would be able to tell the difference. Excellent shipping, and excellent service overall!

Considering the refurbished and 20% discount this monitor is a good price. The appearance is good and the quality is good. I’d recommend looking into refurbished items on eBay. They work like new and they’re warranty like new. I had several conversations with HuionCustomer Service and they were so friendly unhelpful.
