I cant rate THIS ITEM til after I have used it during post surgery recovery next month. If I can update this post, I will.
This item was SHIPPED QUICKLY and appears new as advertised. I was able to put it on and size it correctly. I'm 6'2" / 240 lbs and it fits fine. From the brief moments I had it on, I can tell how the shoulder ring sling really takes the pressure of your neck.
