Gave an estimated delivery date that was almost a week off in the wrong direction; gave me no updates on its status or that it was delayed until said estimated delivery date of 06/21/22 had came & went without receiving package or any additional details - at which point *I* reached out with inquiry as to the item's status, rather than the seller - and only THEREAFTER (without a courtesy response back, either!) did I suddenly get a shipping update ℅ notification it was finally SENT.
