Fantastic shipping speed from the UK to the US for this Penn surf rod however a guide was broken upon arrival. Seller communicated very well and worked with me to sort out the repair which would be honored via Penn UK. I'm in the US, this rod is only serviced by Penn UK so I need to weigh the cost/time to ship back to the UK vs. having a local shop perform the repair. I'd do business with this seller again.
