    The Pfaff was packaged extremely well with plenty of padding. The seller clearly went above and beyond to ensure it was shipped safely. Unfortunately, the machine arrived with a few issues, which my mechanic attributed to rough handling during delivery. Not at all the seller’s fault. Thankfully, the repairs were not too expensive. The machine is now running smoothly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and appreciate the seller’s care and effort.
