This rack bushing for the R56 mini is astronomically amazing. It saved me from having to replace and entire steering rack for an R56 die to excessive steering gear play on the passenger side. The install went smoothly. Once the subframe was out of the car, the right side inner tie rod was removed. There is a small plastic seal to remove with a pick. Then we were able to remove the metal retaining washer with a slide hammer. The old bushing was degraded and required a vacuum to remove the debris.
