The seller knowingly relies on the inattention of buyers by selling goods that do not work.
I inadvertently bought an iron. As it turned out, the iron is made for the European market. I can't even test it.
It may not even work.
When I want to return the product, the seller offers to send it to Asia. And that I would pay for shipping.
