Took over 2 weeks to arrive and is the wrong fabric (without sequins). It had an untidy and very noticable join right through the middle, and was torn and dirty. I make wedding bags, this is a rag to clean with and nothing like the lovely fabric shown in the pictures. I am very annoyed they thought they could just send me any old rubbish.

Only after enquiring to clarify, why I was sent the wrong design and colour was I told that the one I wanted was "faulty" or out of stock. But it was still available for sale on their website. Have to now find somewhere to print the return label to send it back. Then wait fir a refund. Would have saved me time and money if they'd told me they had none in stock! Poor Customer Service. 1st image: what I paid for. 2nd image: what they sent. Clearly are different

I wanted it for a specific pattern. They sent it out any way, heaven alone knows why. The seller told me to return it for a refund. 11 days later, it still hasn't arrived! I can't even be certain they sent it, as there's no tracking for it. Seller is unreliable and unprofessional.
