    Typically I ship within a day or two. This is something that I have here, but I just cannot seem to find them. I don't give up. Any delayed orders could be for that reason or could be a Usps issue, but for the most part, things arrive quickly.

    Horrible !!! I ordered (2) tubes of product. One tube came with a box that was warped and covered in dirt/dust/mold/ash - who knows? The second tube did not appear to be new because it arrived like it had been squeezed. I feel defrauded.

    I'm so sorry that this person feels defrauded. I do not send out inferior product. The boxes after all this time are not going to be in perfect condition. These products are considered vintage, but still fully usable. I discarded one of the boxes because of the condition that it was in, but the tube and contents were perfect and it was one of the last ones ever made. Tubes are never completely full. The product can settle near the crimp and not squeeze out right away because of air space.
