    Seller advised item was lost, but listing is still up. Seller contacted me and offered a different item. I declined and requested that they cancel the order. Seller lied and cancelled with reason: “There was an issue with the buyer’s shipping address.” I was looking for this specific set of earrings. $10 from Walmart years ago., but sentimental to my gf. I Would have left a better rating had they not lied about the cancellation reason. Honesty goes a long ways. Screenshots attached.

    The reason for me choosing "issue with buyers address" was per EBAY'S suggestion as it effects a sellers rating!, the loss of the item is due to a theft issue i was experiencing after my storage was flooded in Hurricane MILTON, as i replaced all my on line items, helpers were robbing me behind my back. I apologize for your inconvenience in this matter.
