This could have easily been fixed. Buyer never contacted me with this issue, only left negative feedback. I even sent a message offering a full refund, still no reply. We strive to make sure all of our buyers are satisfied, unfortunately with no communication from the buyer this makes satisfaction impossible. Check our other feedback and buy with confidence.
