Toy was unopened in original packaging, but had been stored somewhere moist. This is a context clue I am making due to the doll having black marks over its entire body and the clothing smelling awful. I soaked them in vinegar, rubbing alcohol, and Oxicleqn. A few marks remain, but other than that it’s mostly good now. Photo attached is after a week of soaking, once covered her whole body.

This item was unopened, I had no way to know the doll had issues on the backside. Buyer never contacted me with a problem. I would have refunded her money or sent a partial refund. The doll was donated to a local Mission Store I volunteer at and the doll was sold for charity. I strive to please all my customers & have no intent to mislead anyone, my feedback shows this & a 20+ year veteran. Buyer had 4 feedbacks, if there is a problem ask the seller, we will work it out
