Shipped in box that was previously returned and damaged...hardware pieces were missing as a result and was told they would refund $20 or return at my expense and couldn't send the missing pieces...ended up costing me an additional $27 plus the hastle.

Product came in a timely manner. One of the bulbs had to be replaced. The biggest issue is that the product DIDN’T COME WITH ANY INSTRUCTIONS; not good.
