    Ad was listed as 8 x 11.5 in Size. Actual Size was 10.5 x 14. Unfortunately I purchased a frame and custom colored matting based on the dimensions provided by seller. My bad for not waiting and measuring myself. Ad was also erronously pictured in almost pristine condition (white) and in reality it had normal page yellowing and torn jagged edge on one side. Overall between wrong measurements and listed picture, it was disappointing. Was well packaged in thick cardboard mailer for safe arrival.
