Even after I left specific instruction to, [Please be sure to protect the magazine by sandwiching it between two sturdy pieces of cardboard. An envelope, even a bubble pack envelope, does not protect the corners and cover.] Alas it showed up in a paper envelope and no other protection. The magazine now has a bad corner crease.
