They have been lovely. I am new to buying bias binding and got this thinking it would be a bit more ridged. It did the job but is quite thin and loosing some threads, but when I massaged them they were really sweet and explained that they must have just missed this one and normally send out nice quality bias binding. They gave me a wee discount and I am happy with that. All round a lovely experience ✨️
