Shipment of correct trim was shipped and we do not control carrier transit time!!!!. It took weeks to receive wrong parts back that buyer received. We should have cancelled the sale and refunded instead of dealing with a buyer that cannot accept an honest error and carrier shipping delays just to leave negative feedback!!!!
