The 3-5 business day time frame was 21 day before they informed me that the board could not be repaired and only because I asked what the diagnosis was. I asked for a full refund and they could keep my board. Instead I was given the refund less a transaction fee. This is a cost the buyer of the repair service must bear if their board can not be repaired..

When my board was found to be unrepairable, Nick’s, outsource a replacement and had it sent to me. This was above and beyond requirements set fourth in the description and discussion prior to sending board in for repairs. Why repair a 15 year old 42” flat screen. At 120hz, plan to make this into a gaming monitor . Maybe not cost
