    LEDs not as bright as pictured you have to use more than a 9 V battery to power them up and make them really really bright

    Do NOT power this head and tail light kit with more than 6v, you will blow all of the LED's out and ruin the kit. Not sure where you're getting the idea of using 9v from but that will ruin it
