Received the part as advertised and earlier than expected. However upon opening the packaging I discovered these items was damaged. Wrote a polite email including pictures of the damaged shift knob requesting an exchange or refund. Received a reply requesting pictures....??? Okay, sent more pictures as requested. This time with pictures of the packaging and serial numbers etc. Received another reply asking for pictures again...??? That's enough for me, filed a complaint with PayPal and my CC co
