They spark even on slightest movement of the adapter (creating fire hazard) & lose electrical connection. It poses potential damage to the device plugged in through this adapter. Also one of the adapter pins are loose that they jingle on shaking. Waste of money and time is a small loss as compared to the potential risk. Should be subjected to inspection by Canadian authorities for safety clearance.
