Customer service will reply to emails sent BUT they will feed you a bunch of BS. The shipping protocol is horrible, I waited 1 week and half before they told me I would have to wait longer for my item to ship. 3 days after my order I didn’t get a tracking # SO at that point I made contact with them, and that’s when the BS started to roll. I will avoid business with this seller at all cost, as the items I ordered were needed for work.
