It takes a long time to get things through customs so it's not an option if you need the part to keep your car on the road. As far as quality goes I guess I will find out, but certainly looks like it came out of an OEM box. Hitachi is Hitachi we don't by the box we buy what's inside. In that regard it's an excellent buy if you have time to wait.
