    The unit arrived and I installed it into the HP EX470 server. The unit failed to come on. The power supply could not even turn on the power light on the front of the server tower. I disassembled the server again and all of the connections were ok. The power supply fan also did not come on I believe the power supply is defective. This was a lot of work for nothing. Based on my result I cannot recommend this product.

    We were helping the buyer to return the product as he claimed the item was defective. But we have yet to get any responses back. We have sold over 768 of these replacement units. We always take care of our customers if they need our assistance.
