When I touched the wires together I could hear tiny snaps of electricity that the long wire lead was picking up out of the air. I had hoped a desiccant pack might be included with the unit being inside a zip lock bag. No such luck. Hope yours was kept dry enough to work. Store away from moisture and humidity to prevent disintegration of the crystal. Fast shipped, no answer to ?. Will buy from again because unit worked, might need 2.
