    Something is wrong with this seller. First he asked me whether I want the registration papers with the transporter or should he mail it to me. Knowing that the transporter had a lot of papers with him, I decided to have it mailed. Later on when I asked him if he had mailed the papers he responded I will wait till I received the money from Caramel. Meanwhile, it has been 2 days that I have the truck on the street of NYC in danger of being towed while he waits for his money.

    You have access to the title and other paperwork through Caramel until the hard copies arrive in the mail. Confirmation that the remaining balance was sent to my bank before mailing you the hard copies is in section D of the Caramel contract, Vehicle and Title Distribution Management. You chose to have the truck picked up late Tuesday evening with no where legal to store it when it arrived.
