    Great service the PC was as described and was shipped quickly and with tracking. They has great packing as at first I thought they shipped me the wrong item as the carton showed a desktop case. What had happened was they packed the PC that was in its own sealed carton, was then put in another box to protect it further.

When I received the product, it was packaged in its original box, exactly as stated in the product description. The delays caused could've been avoided by a more expensive shipping method, so if you're hoping for quick shipping, do *not* use FedEx Smartpost/Ground.
