When it arrived, the sleeves were 8cm shorter than what I asked, which made it unusable. However, the seller was very helpful and offered to make the jacket again for free and send additional material if I wanted to get the original jacket refitted. I'm happy with the quality, and I expect to be using this service again in the future.
