    BUYER BEWARE! Unprofessional. Probably my worst eBay experience. Lagged on shipping, keyboard arrived broken, and without necessary power supply to test if it works, so I contacted seller to get a replacement, Seller agreed and said they'd have it professionally packed, etc. Told me that it was getting packed on 10/8 and they would provide me with a tracking #. Not once has the Seller reached out to me with updates of any kind and only provides curt, confusing and misleading responses.

    You dont want a refund you want me to send you another item. I filed a claim on that item with FedEx and you told FedEx you don't have it anymore. You want me to give them your pictures. Today is 10/10/25. Today the item was supposed to get picked up. I received 72 messages from you over the last 2 days. I have explained to you the process but you want to do it your way. We need the broken item. Now im starting to think this is fraud. Your making defamatory statements on Feedback and messages.
