    The item ( a used laptop) arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It cost ~£100 compared to a new price in 2016 of around €1600. It was generally in good condition, but there was a sticky mark on the laptop palm rest, which was difficult to remove. This was, however, mentioned in the item listing. The supplied charger ran quite hot, so I had to buy a more powerful one. The seller refunded me the cost of the replacement charger. The seller was helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Arrived super quick,well packaged in antistatic box inside antistatic sealed bag. Bonus suprise was syringe with thermal transfer paste (grey) included which I didn't order because I have this already. A really nice touch.
