    I ordered a jacket from this seller on 11/8/2025. Product was described as "new, Men's size L". I received a WOMAN'S jacket. While I am aware that the seller posted "no returns," I did not receive what was advertised and am very frustrated that the seller is unwilling to accept my return. I tried to explain my issue to the seller and his response was, "I don't accept returns." How about accepting the return of an item that was not as advertised?? Not a reliable seller!

    The product was fine. After ordering @7A on 8/16, I was informed by seller the shoes would ship next day. Tracking # was assigned. I learned seller was located in Winchester CA. I have relatives there & ship pkgs there all the time via USPS ground all the time & my pkgs arrive in 2 days. This seller indicated & charged for USPSpriority….it took almost 3 working days for the trck # provided 2even show VALID (pkg received) by USPS. It took over a wk 4 pkg 2 b received. I would not recommend seller
